Hi mate

I know Wes quite well, as we get on ok, and we are mates (I think!). Our had to head is quite level so I think it will be a good match. The format is short so it will be crucial to start well. Double start is a completely different game. So although my form is pretty good at the moment, I will be putting lots of practise in on doubles in the build up to the event.

and to be honest I don't know as it's a new format to me as I haven't played double start professionally before. I used to play in darts leagues in Leicester that were double off and used to have no trouble getting away, but we will have to see. As I have said, I wil be preparing for it by spending lots of time throwing for doubles more that usually, over the next few weeks.
